87 y/o Female with hypertension and vertigo. No other complaints.
No pertinant medical history. No new meds.
Underlined rhythm is Sinus Bradycardia with 1st degree AVB. Normal axis.
The patient remained hemodynamically stable without treatment.

I wonder if the bigeminy are escape beats since the underlying rythm is about 37 or 38. Very interesting. I wonder what the final outcome was. I am betting she went to the EP lab.
I believe escape beats are preceded by an asystolic pause. They do appear to be compensating for the rate however. I bet Tom could explain this better.
