I'm in an airport waiting on a flight, so I don't have the tools to measure the R:R, but it looks regular prior and irregular through the "tachy". NSR that goes into a run of PSVT from multiple atrial foci?
Could be just artifact, it is pretty junky after that tracing. Although I can't seem to find the "normal" beats through the artifact if it is there. Gonna need to spend some more time.
I'll recuse myself from this case, except to say that I also have my suspicions about this case.

A-Fib with a run of SVT?
Keep the guesses coming. The answer will be posted shortly.
looks like RSR with Artifact, PSVT, back to RSR with Artifact
