I'm in an airport waiting on a flight, so I don't have the tools to measure the R:R, but it looks regular prior and irregular through the "tachy". NSR that goes into a run of PSVT from multiple atrial foci?
Could be just artifact, it is pretty junky after that tracing. Although I can't seem to find the "normal" beats through the artifact if it is there. Gonna need to spend some more time.
